This tour departs from Jakarta. We will stop by a tour of Taman Mini before heading to Bogor. The next day, we will leave Bogor heading for Bandung. You will learn all about West Java’s iconic cultures that are very prominent in Bandung, especially the colorful wayang golek, a type of traditional puppet show. Popular cities in West Java, such as Sumedang, Cirebon, Pangandaran, and Garut, are not spared visiting. It will indeed be a positive experience of Sundanese nature and culture inherent in the memory of travelers who take this tour.

Travel itinerary
Day 1: Arrival CGK Airport – Miniature Park Of Indonesia – Bogor (B)
Welcome to Jakarta upon arrival at airport Soekarno-Hatta first clear immigration followed by baggage claim and the custom formalities you will be picked by our guide, then transfer to Bogor. En-route visit to the Miniature Park of Indonesia, which covers more than 165 hectares and gives visitors a glimpse of the breathtaking diversity of the Indonesian archipelago. Explore more about Miniature Park of Indonesia, walkthrough, and enjoy traditional houses of the Batak of North Sumatra, the Minangkabau of West Sumatra, and the Asmat of Papua. Arrive in Bogor, check-in hotel for overnight. The rest is free at own leisure.

Day 2: Bogor – Puncak – Mt. Tangkuban Perahu – Bandung (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, visit Bogor botanical garden, the world-class botanic gardens, situated just behind the stunning 19th-century presidential palace. This botanical garden was officially established by the Dutch in 1817 and featuring over 15,000 species of tropical plants from around the world. Within 87 hectares are over 400 palm species, 5,000 trees, and an orchid house with 3,000 varieties. Drive passing through Puncak, famous for its spectacular view of tea plantation heading to Bandung, then continue the scenic drive via mountain resort of Lembang surrounded by vegetable and flower farms with its beautiful mountain view. The road leads through pine forest to rims of the crater of Mt. Tangkuban Perahu, situated 1,800 meters above sea level. The breathtaking view of the crater awaits you upon arrival on the crater rim. You will smell the sulfuric gas from the crater, enjoy the cold climate. Get around by walking through souvenir shops along the pathway. Returning to Bandung stop at Jeans street Ciamplas or factory outlet, which is abundant around the city for shopping. Check-in hotel for overnight, the rest is free at own leisure.

Gedung Sate is a public building in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. It was designed according to a neoclassical design incorporating native Indonesian elements by Dutch architect J. Gerber to be the seat of the Dutch East Indies department of State-Owned Enterprises; the building was completed in 1920.

Day 3: Bandung – Sumedang – Cirebon (B)
After breakfast starts the journey with drive through the beautiful scenery of Parahyangan highland passing Sumedang town, then heading to Cirebon located on Java’s north coast, near the border with Central Java. This multi-ethnic city blends Sundanese and Javanese cultures and languages, with Chinese culture thrown in for good measure. Upon arrival, check-in hotel, then following city tour with a visit to the Kraton, the oldest and best-preserved Sultan palace of Cirebon. Built-in 1527, its architectural style is a curious blend of Sundanese, Javanese, Islamic, Chinese, and Dutch styles. Return to hotel for overnight.

Day 4: Cirebon – Kuningan – Pangandaran (B)
After breakfast, travel through the hills resort of Kuningan located on the mountain slope Mt. Ciremai. En route stop at Linggarjati village, visit the museum of Linggarjati featuring the display of historical happenings during diplomacy negotiation with Dutch Colonial Ruler after the second world war. Continue drive southward heading to Pangandaran Beach resort, located on the South coast. Check-in hotel for overnight, the rest is free at own leisure.

Day 5: Nature Reserve & Green Canyon Excursion (B)
After breakfast starts a full-day tour to explore the nature reserve of Pangandaran situated in the Southern Ocean, walking on beautiful white and trek into the jungle, find its wild flora and fauna. Continue to enjoy the richness of nature by visiting Green Canyon by boating with traditional motorized canoe along the Cijulang river, where lies a beautiful cave. Return to hotel for overnight; the rest is free at own leisure.

Day 6: Pangandaran – Naga Village – Garut (B)
Breakfast at the hotel, travel further down to Garut, the unknown destination being complete with volcanoes, pine forests, and lush countryside. En route stop at Kampung Naga (Naga Village) is a traditional village and museum piece of Sudanese architecture and village life. It is home to 110 families who preserve the old ways of life despite the crowds of tourists that pass through here during the peak season. It is nestled next to a river and surrounded by precipitous hills sides-there are 360 steps going down. Arrive in Cipanas check-in the hotel; it is just to the northwest of the city at the foot of Mt. Guntur, very famous for its hot springs. The rest is free

Day 7: Garut – Cangkuang Temple – Jakarta Departure (B)
Breakfast at hotel, short drive to Candi Cangkuang, the only Hindu temple found in West Java. The temple is located on a small island in the middle of Cangkuang Lake in a village called Kampung Pulo. Take traditional transport with charming horse-drawn carriages passing the beautiful views of paddy terraces and countrysides. Next, the bamboo raft will take you to reach the site and visit the temple, which has been in existence since the 8th century and still standing strong. There is unique Kampung Pulo nearby, where only six houses and a small mosque remain unchanged on the entire island. The villagers are not allowed to build more houses there, due to their cultural beliefs. Leave for Jakarta passing through Bandung and Tol road Cipularang after arrival transfer to the airport for flight to the next destination. End of service
